Absolutely not, we do not share your data.

At RecruitOnline, we firmly believe that your data is exactly that – yours. You own it, and we act merely as custodians. This principle is central to our operations and aligns with GDPR standards, where we function as data processors, handling your data with the highest level of confidentiality and care.

The only exception to this is when you instruct us to integrate with one of our partners, such as job boards like Seek & Trademe. In these cases, we only share the specific data necessary for that integration to function effectively, such as job advert details. This sharing is done under your direction and is strictly limited to what is required for the successful completion of the integration.

Your data's security and privacy are our top priorities, and we take all necessary steps to ensure it remains protected and under your control.
