My client is a national IT specialist recruitment firm seeking to appoint a resourcer to support a busy team of successful Account Managers who manage and place IT candidates across a host of organisations.

You will be tasked with updating, qualifying and tracking candidates on behalf of the wider business and matching candidate skill sets and experience against vacancies for fit.

This role consists of face to face, telephone and email communication on a daily basis with IT professionals both locally and internationally. They pride themselves on being market leaders when it comes to talent management and are therefore seeking applicants with a passion for delivering a high level of service to their existing and new candidates.

To be successful in this role you will ideally offer the following background and experience:

• A good understanding of IT and its application to business generally


• Excellent customer service skills (including face to face)


• A high level of organisational skills / ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time


• Strong communication skills and creative thinking


• High attention to detail


• Excellent computer and MS office skills


• A passion for IT and Technology


• Recruitment experience (minimum 1 year) is highly desired, but not mandatory
