Jobs + Applicant Web Site

The first part of the system is the public facing jobs / applicant web site. This is where you publish your jobs and where candidates arrive when they click 'apply' on job adverts on the Internet. This is a key part of your branding strategy and we work with your web site deisgn to create a seamless experience.

This site provides the logging in facilities for the other portals.

If you are starting out and do not have a web site then we can use this site as your main web site and add any pages or text that you want.

One of the powerful features of this web site is that you can hook into your recruitment management system to provide reports, tools and widgets. If you can think of it we can create it for you.

Recruitment Management System

The powerful system that you use to manage your business operations in the Recruit Online ecology is a group of applications that are collectivly termed a "Recruitment Management System" or RMS. This system stores your candidates, jobs, clients, contacts, notes, keywords and files.

Recruit Online works on the basis of adding value and enforcing business rules to the application logic. In simple terms you can configure a set of processes that have to be completed before a related action is permitted. A good example of this is that by default the system will not allow the placement of a temporary worker into a role without a reference check having been done and lodged into the system.

The main benefits of the RMS include:

  • Enforce business logic, rules and processes
  • Provide multiple communication tools and techniquies to help the recruiter manage candidate and client relationships
  • Allow quick retieval of information in records, notes, keywords and documents
  • Manage permanent, contract and temporary business activities
  • Integrate KPI's and management oversight regardless of the location of the manager and the employee
  • Remove the need for paper based administration

The RMS is the largest part of the Recruit Online system and the only way to get an appreciation of the extent of the features it contains is to undertake a demonstration

Candidate Portal Web Site

The candidate web site is a portal for applicants to manage their relationship with your business. A candidate can login and update their details, view their resume and download important documents.

Many recruitment firms make candidates fill out multiple forms. With Recruit Online the candidate can undertake this work from the comfort of their home and only come in for an interview. This facility has proven to increase candidate satisfaction in the recruitment process and the time it take to register with an organisation

As this portal is directly linked to the Recruit Online backend we can delevop and deploy many tools that fit the nature of your business.

Client Portal Web Site

The client portal allows for multiple user collaboration on recruitment assignments. Client users can review applicants for specific jobs and provide feedback in the way of notes. These notes form a running commentary and can mean that a client can involve multiple internal stakeholders in one seamless environment.

The client portal is a great value add for a traditional recruitment agency but also can be used by a Human Resources department to allow access to limited parts of the HRIS features within Recruit Online.
