How do I add a new user to Recruit Online?

User accounts are maintained by our support staff. This arrangement provides expertise in ensuring that Recruit Online clients' users are set up correctly and effectively.

What is the turnaround time?

New users are added within two working days from a request being submitted. If a client wants to have the work done immediately then they will be charged a supplementary service fee. (See Recruit Online Fees)
