To stop candidates submitting multiple job applications for the same job a check for duplicate email addresses has been added to the the application process. The process follows these steps:

Job Applications

  • When a candidate applies for a job they are presented with a job application form to complete
  • When the application form is submitted, ROL searches the candidate records for the applicants email address
  • If a candidate record is found with a matching email address, an email is generated with a link to apply for the job and the screen shows a message that tells the candidate to search their inbox
  • The candidate will then need to click the link provided in the email in order to complete the application process.

Candidate Registrations

Candidate registrations are unsolicited applications that are not attached to a specific job.

  • When a candidate registers they are presented with a application form to complete
  • When the application form is submitted, ROL searches the candidate records for the applicants email address
  • If a candidate record is found with a matching email address the form data is saved as a note
