Candidate Record Main Screen

The candidate main screen displays the candidates personal information, keywords, stick notes, candidate URL's as well a a summary of personal contact information. There is also a form which allows the recruiter to set the candidates next available date.

  • Address
Personal residential address of candidate.
  • Email
Personal email address of candidate. When the email address is clicked an email page will be opened in which a candidate can be emailed directly from with in ROL. Documents can also be attached to an email but will need to be uploaded to the document library before this is possible.   • LinkedIn Profile
LinkedIn URL for candidate. This link will open in a new window when clicked.
  • DOB
Date of birth
  • Candidate status
A candidate can have one of four possible statuses:
  • Archive ~ This candidate has been archived but can still be contacted for possible placement
  • Active ~ This candidate is currently active and has applied for a role
  • Archive do not contact ~ This candidate has been archived and does not wish to be contacted for possible placements
  • Currently working ~ This candidate has been placed in a role
The status of a candidate will automatically be changed from "Active" to "Currently Working" when a candidate is placed in a role. The status can however be changed manually at any time.
  • Registered With
The "Registered With" field indicates which branch a candidate is registered with for placement in a multiple branch setting. If the company has multiple branches they will be shown in the drop down field in the "Edit", "Personal Details" screen. Should you wish to have multiple branches setup up in your RecruitOnline installation please contact support at support@recruitonline.com.au
  • Interviewed
This indicates whether or not a candidate has been interviewed and is automatically updated to "Yes" when an "Interview Details" note is added to the system. This status can also be manually set back to "No" by editing the candidates personal details.
  • Reference Checked
This indicates whether a candidates references have been or not and is automatically updated to "Yes" when a "Reference Check" note is added to the system. This status can also be manually set back to "No" by editing the candidates personal details.
  • Rating
This indicates a candidates rating and has the following options. If the candidate is not rated the this will not appear on the candidate main screen.

  • Work Sought
What type of position the candidates is willing to accept or is interested in as has the following options. A recruiter can choose to select any combination of of options.
  • Temp ~ Temporary contract
  • Perm ~ Permanent contract
  • Part-time ~ Part time casual position
  • Next Available Date
This shows the next date on which the candidate is available for placement and can be modified using the "Set Next Available Date"
  • Next Available Duration
This shows the amount of time before which the candidate is available for placement.
  • AU PayROL #ID
Australian payROL number. This field will only show on the candidates main screen if the RecruitOnline is used in conjunction with payROL and the candidate record has been exported to payROL.
  • NZ PayROL #ID
This field is for New Zealand customers using RecruitOnline in conjunction with payROL and will only show if the candidate record has been exported to payROL.
  • Currently Working
This field shows the company that the candidate is currently working for and only applies to temp candidates.
  • Future Bookings
This is a list of the companies that a candidate has been booked for on future temp orders.
  • Do Not Send To
This is a list of clients that a candidate should not be booked for or sent to.
